Free video consultation to see if we are a good fit and to see if virtual counselling is a good fit for you.

A 60-minute individual counselling session.

$150

A longer, 90-minute session ideal for deeper trauma work (EMDR, T.R.I.P.) or for those who prefer to meet less frequently.

$220

Longer, intensive sessions are available to do focused work, including EMDR or T.R.I.P. therapy. These can be anywhere from 2 to 5 hours, with breaks as needed

I do not bill insurance directly, but your insurance plan may provide coverage for services received from a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Please check with your insurer in advance to see what coverage they provide.

I will provide you with a receipt after each session once payment is received that you can use for insurance claims.
